At Cone Crows LLC, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Builds app account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

What data is collected?

When you use Builds, we collect Account Information (name, email, profile picture), User-Generated Content (Rides, Builds, comments, photos, videos), and Device & Usage Data. For more detailed information on data collection, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.

How to Delete Your Account In-App:

You can delete your account directly from within the Builds mobile app at any time.

Access Your Garage

From the Home screen, tap the "Garage" button in the bottom navigation bar.

Open Account Settings

This will take you to your "Edit Profile" screen. Tap the "Gear" icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.

Navigate to Danger Zone

You will now be on the "Account Settings" page. At the bottom, in the "Danger Zone" section, tap the "Delete My Profile" button.

Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog will appear. To proceed with the deletion, you must accurately type the exact phrase displayed on the screen into the provided text field, then tap "Delete My Account."

Complete Process

Follow any subsequent on-screen prompts to confirm your account deletion.

What happens after account deletion?

Upon account deletion, your profile and direct access to your account will be removed. Most content directly associated with your main profile (such as your personal Builds, Rides, and check-ins) will be removed from public view or de-associated from your profile.

Content Persistence: To maintain the continuity and integrity of discussions, certain user-generated content, such as comments or discussion posts, and associated information (like your name and profile picture at the time of posting), are designed to remain visible on the platform even if your account is later deactivated or deleted. Other content, like your main profile and uploaded Rides or Builds, would be de-associated or removed upon account deletion.
Minimal Logs: We also retain minimal system logs and other necessary data for security, audit, and legal compliance purposes for a limited period, even after an account is deactivated or deleted.
